We’ll be exploring the influential styles of Vogue and Waacking\, which were pioneered in the LGBTQIA+ ballroom scene.\n\n\n\nThese powerful dance forms have deep roots in Black communities and continue to inspire generations today. Students will learn the basics of these iconic dances and discover how they’ve shaped the rich legacy of ballroom culture. Workshop will be led by St. Louis’ Shades Project.\n
