Jen Whitten has more than 20 years of experience spanning higher education, government and talent acquisition. In higher education, she held senior roles at Washington University’s Olin Business School and Arizona State University, where she directed career centers, unified services across programs, and led transformative projects that doubled student engagement, strengthened partnerships, and elevated student satisfaction.

In her role as an Assistant Vice Chancellor, she works on a variety of projects that enhance the division’s ability to enhance student experience.

Earlier in her career, she also held advising, program leadership and teaching roles at Arizona State University and Indiana University, building strong foundations in student support and engagement.

Most recently, Jennifer served as University Recruiting and Intern Program leader at Intel, where she transformed campus recruiting into a recognized Center of Excellence, scaling programs to connect thousands of early-career professionals with meaningful opportunities, and built strategic partnerships with internal teams, universities and business leaders.

Across every role, she has been energized by driving transformation, fostering collaboration, and helping students, teams and organizations thrive.

In her personal life, she loves spending time with her family and dogs. She enjoys hiking, walking, yoga and reading.
