Ivory Woodhouse manages human resources operations for the areas she supports, providing strategic guidance on policies, processes and payroll. Grounded in both expertise and care, she approaches HR as a people-centered function serving as a coach who supports talent development and fosters growth across teams.

Her experience includes serving as an ELP team coach through WashU’s Institute for Leadership Excellence and working within HR teams at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, Amazon, and WashU’s central HR team. Ivory holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University–River Forest and is passionate about creating workplaces that are both productive and enjoyable, supporting the overall well-being of individuals and organizations alike.

Outside of work, Ivory enjoys sharing laughs with family and friends, reading, tennis and music.
