The Division of Student Affairs at Washington University in St. Louis proudly announces that Norma Guerra Gaier, associate vice chancellor for career development and education, has been named the recipient of the 2025 Founders Award by the Southern Association of Colleges and Employers (SoACE). This honor, considered the most prestigious award bestowed by SoACE, recognizes individuals who have made significant and lasting contributions to the profession of career services and recruitment.
The Founders Award is not presented annually; it is reserved for those whose leadership, innovation, and dedication have profoundly shaped the field. Guerra Gaier will formally receive the award during the upcoming SoACE Annual Conference in Nashville.
