What classes do you teach?
I teach Tread and Shred and taught BearFIT Strength for about a year and a half before that.
How has being a BearFIT instructor impacted your student experience?
I feel more connected to the fitness community at Sumers and have built very close bonds with the managers and other instructors.

Compared to before teaching [BearFIT classes], I feel way more comfortable expressing myself in front of a group of people. I feel more comfortable reaching out to people and giving advice or just initiating conversations.
