This presentation will allow two graduates of WashU’s Institutional Leadership Excellence LEAD program to share a comprehensive and consistent onboarding experience they developed to support and maintain culture. You will also hear how to create a strategic communication plan that can be used to maintain a sense of belonging among staff.
