Why Professional Development Day?

Take it from last year’s attendees!

I got some great takeaways/refreshers to spend the next few weeks to reflect and restructure my supervision style.

I got to see a lot of new faces and enjoyed the speakers. It also gave me ideas for professional development in my own area.

I heard a lot of positive feedback from colleagues about this year’s professional development day. The time carved out to focus on self – specifically around recharging, fighting burnout, and reigniting/refocusing – seemed to be greatly appreciated by many.
