The Rabbi Ferdinand M. Isserman Prize recognizes a student at Washington University who has made a significant contribution in leadership and service to ecumenical or interfaith activities on campus.
This prize was established to honor the life of the late Rabbi Ferdinand M. Isserman, the distinguished rabbi and author who was actively involved in social and interfaith issues locally, nationally, and internationally. Eligibility
Full-time undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior, or full-time graduate or professional student at Washington University with demonstrated leadership and service to ecumenical or interfaith activities on campus.
Award
$1,000. Up to two students will be selected each year. Prize(s) presented during Interfaith Week.
Nomination deadline
Monday, January 22, 2024. Any individual or organization associated with WashU may submit a nomination.
